Q: How quickly will I get my delivery?
A: If you place your order before 1645 Monday to Thursday you will receive your product the next day. If you order before 1645 on a Friday your order will be delivered on Monday, excludes Public Holidays and dependent on stock availability.
Q: Why do compatible cartridges cost so much less?
A: For most occasions it is because manufacturers adopt a marketing policy, which dictates that aggressive pricing is to be used to sell the printers initially, in the full knowledge they can make profits from consumables during the life of the machine.
Q: Are your compatible cartridges as good as the original products?
A: Yes. In terms of quality of print and pages per toner, our products match or exceed the originals. Supplies Group compatible supplies represent the highest quality available in the remanufactured compatible market.
Q: Will using compatibles affect the warranty of my machine?
A: It seems there are some misconceptions in this area. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 states that warranty cannot be voided because of the use of aftermarket products. In the unlikely event that one of our cartridges causes any problems with your printer, we will resolve any issues or replace the machine free of charge.
Q: Do your cartridges last as long as the originals?
A: Yes. In most cases they last either as long or even longer.
Q: What guarantee do I get with your products?
A: We provide a 12 month 'No Quibble' guarantee. This guarantee covers not only the compatible ink or toner supplied by us but also your printer whilst you are using our supply. Naturally any problem that is unrelated to use of ink or toner will fall outside of our guarantee. We are always happy to have an independent assessment of a problematic printer.
Q: What happens if there is a problem or I'm not happy with your product?
A: Our support desk is available during normal office hours to assist you. In the unlikely event that one of our products is found to be defective, we will replace it free of charge.
