Xerox Phaser 6100 Toner

Xerox Phaser 6100 toner is a revelation to most customers new to Xerox products; as it is capable of offering eye-popping clarity and beautiful output. This is amazing for what is essentially a budget printer but then Xerox appear to use their understanding developed through years of making more advanced printers, and they are not afraid to use that information when making even the simplest printer.

All Xerox machines err on the green side and there is a handy recycling programme for all those redundant empty cartridges. Xerox will take those off your hands free of charge; which is a relief to most people as this type of plastic in a landfill site is a future ecological issue. It is genuinely great to see Xerox constantly exploring new avenues to reduce the impact their products have on the environment.

One other piece of good news is the compatibility of these toners with the actual printer. Xerox has developed software enhancements to make sure the user really gets the best out of the machine. This printer offers resolution enhancements and then further gives colour adjustment tools in the form of TekColor technology and excellent calibration tools.

Phaser 6100 toner for this model is available in a couple of sizes, making it super flexible for a wide range of businesses. If you rarely print in colour then it would be perfectly ok to purchase the standard capacity toners, which are available in 2,000 pages capacities for the cyan, magenta and yellow and then 3,000 pages capacities for the black. The higher capacity Xerox toner does usually work out better value for money and offers 5,000 pages yield for the colours and 7,000 pages for the black. As with all these things, it depends on your budget and requirements.

The Xerox Phaser 6100 is a brilliant printer for those people who print around 35,000 pages per month and need speeds of 21 pages per minute for black and white printing, followed up with speeds of 5 pages per minute for colour. This printer can work with both PC’s and Mac’s and uses a Bi-Directional Parallel port or USB connection.
